Upload Your Artwork

The basics

For best results, we typically require artwork to be submitted as vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF format. Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines as well. This will ensure the graphics and text are nice and crisp when scaled up or down in size.

There are exceptions, as some types of products are designed to be printed with photographic or bitmap-based content (JPEGs or PNGs). If this is the case, we'll let you know.

If I don't have the art in proper format, can I just change the extension type?
Unfortunately, changing the file extension (e.g., from .jpg to .ai) won't convert the artwork itself.

Can you help us with our artwork or create artwork for our products?
Sure thing! We charge a small hourly fee to prep existing artwork; and also offer design services for custom artwork, which are quoted per project.

Technical stuff

Make sure cut and crop lines are excluded, all transparencies have been flattened, overprint is switched off and any fonts used are embedded in the file before saving your designs. For best results, we recommend using the following preset to preflight your designs: Adobe PDF/X-1a:2001.
